Our Refund Principles

At Carrnival Trips, we understand plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for commitments we make to suppliers on your behalf.

All refunds are processed in INR to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Refund Eligibility

30+ Days Before Departure
90% Refund

Full refund minus 10% processing fee for cancellations made 30 or more days before departure date.

15-30 Days Before Departure
50% Refund

Half of total amount refunded for cancellations made 15-30 days before departure.

Within 15 Days
No Refund

No refund available for cancellations made within 15 days of departure.

Refund processing time: 7-10 working days after approval

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

With valid medical documentation, we offer 75% refund up to 7 days before departure. No refund for last-minute medical cancellations.

Natural Disasters

For government-declared emergencies affecting travel, we provide full credit for future travel or 80% cash refund.

Non-Refundable Components

Some services (visa fees, insurance, etc.) are non-refundable once processed. These will be itemized in your cancellation.
